Consumer Credit, Fraud Risk Management Group

 

Job Scope

 

With the plan to upgrade legacy host system for Unsecured products, he/she will be providing project support in credit fraud risk control measures.

 

 

Responsibilities

1. Assist CBG-Credit-CFRM team in the V+ upgrade activities, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to CFRM operations.

 

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather system requirement, document changes in workflows, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Regression testing and particate in the go-live and post implementation verification.

 

3. Specific deliverables for the UAT

a. Ensure all data flow between upstream and downstream systems (such as V+ / Blaze/ CRRS / EVO) is accurate.

 

b. Create test plan, test scenario, test condition and test cases for UAT and regression testing.

 

c. Perform UAT and regression testing as per approved Test Plan to meet the expected test result / outcome.

 

d. While conducting this UAT, to test Instinct’s rule functionality in ensuing:

i. Required application data (V+ / Blaze) is sent to Instinct for rule check.

ii. Existing rules or new rules required arising from this project, reporting and user access work as expected.

e. Timely escalate any critical issue especially showstopper immediately and have well documentation including evidence (eg print screen, data dump) of test result.

 

 

 

4. Participate in the Go-Live and Post implement check.

a. Work with SG CFRM Head to define mandatory checks and establish clear criteria for declaring Instinct to goes live. This is important as the window for such verification is short,

b. Post system goes live assurance monitoring to ensure Instinct perform effectively and as expected.

 

5. Participate in project activities and meetings relating to credit fraud management process and Instinct.

 

6. Ensure timely deliverable meet required quality level; and adhered to project governance, standard and requirement.

 

7. Provide regular update and reporting on project progress.

 

 

Requirements

1.      Degree / Diploma holder from recognised university, preferably in Business or Computer Science

 

2.     High level of accuracy and attention to details with strong analytical, creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve UAT issues effectively.

 

3. Knowledge in fraud risk management / credit cards / unsecured loans application processes will be an advantage.


4. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

 

5. Ability to work both independently and within a team with good inter-personal.
