JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist the Mortgage Product Manager and participate in designing proposition and journey for Mortgage Loan, delivering joyful customer/employee journeys and financial outcome, including
1. Day-to-Day monitoring of run-off situation
2. Extract, compile and analyze data especially on mortgage loan based on lock-in trigger, interest rate
3. Participate in discussions with Business Analytics to enhance our current propensity model and build a new pricing sensitivity model
4. Make recommendation on engagement plan.
5. Execute and track customer engagement campaigns
6. Collaboratively work in cross-functional teams in an agile and robust manner
7. Any other administrative work relating to mortgage portfolio retention.
