JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Duties

 

• Ability to utilize customer insight and data to translate into marketing strategy and drive quality leads generation

• Ensure thoughtful customer and employee journeys, leveraging data-driven operating models and design thinking to re-imagine top funnel awareness and engagements

• Be the overall coordinator and manage end to end of tactical campaigns, monitor campaigns post launch and implement improvements from learnings

• Passionate about creating joyful user experiences, design and implement thoughtful customer engagements , CJ/EJ

• Drive ideation across team and utilize Martech tools to optimize the digital journeys across all digital channels

• Supports implementation of digital initiatives ensuring delivery meets business objectives

• Collaboratively work with stakeholders to identify and define campaign use cases

• Have a creative eye to think outside the box and come up with new ideas or solutions to enhance customer engagements

• Attention to details and think holistically with the wider picture in mind

• Clear minded and ability to articulate product propositions to briefs to internal stakeholders

• Responsible for monthly reporting, maintain reports and support creating PowerPoint presentation decks

• Has an appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance

• Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability

 

2. Requirements

• University graduate or diploma holder

A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services industry or in design thinking

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good organizational and project management skills

• Resourceful, creative and independent

• Possess analytical skills and design thinking skills preferred

• Good communication skills

• Multi-lingual will be an advantage

Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
