Job description
1. Key Accountabilities
a. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive customer engagement and incremental card spending
b. Analyze and review marketing campaigns and initiatives to pinpoint areas to improve marketing efficiencies
c. Conduct data analysis to track product performance and ensure alignment with business goals
d. Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy of the information published on the Bank product page
2. Roles & Responsibilities
a. Develop, execute, track and review marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end to achieve business objectives
b. Steer the work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives
c. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to maintain competitive positioning
d. Perform data analysis to track product performance and ensure alignment with business goals
e. Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks such as addressing customer queries, assisting with UAT testing, raising requisition and invoicing for payment processing, and stocktaking inventory for card plastic and mailers
