As a Brand, Marketing & Engagement specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging internal marketing and Change management communications strategies. You will leverage your expertise in video production, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to build awareness, drive adoption, and foster a positive culture within Bank Group Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement impactful change management communications strategies using the ADKAR modelto support organizational transformations (e.g., new systems, process improvements). This includes developing comprehensive communication materials to drive an increase in awareness and engagement.
• Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from initial ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (knowing how to leverage on GenAI tools will be a plus).
• Craft engaging written content for various internal communications channels (e.g., email campaigns, presentations, internal websites).
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including handling all logistical aspects such as equipment setup, location scouting, and stakeholders’ coordination, You will also ensure smooth production during the actual shoots and maintain high standards throughout the post production process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to a variety of marketing and engagement tasks, demonstrating versatility and resourcefulness (e.g., project management, vendor coordination, copywriting and building executive ready presentation decks).
Skills and Experience:
• Minimally 5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record in video production and editing.
• Strong storytelling skills and a creative vision for crafting compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Experience with change management communication is highly desirable.
• Financial technology industry experience is a plus.
