Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage end-to-end asset inventory from forecasting, procurement, allocation and reclamation.

  • Responsible for continuous review and improvement of the on and off-boarding process for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Accountable and responsible for administrative tasks related to on-boarding and off-boarding such as,

  • Joiner documentation and tracking o Asset allocation and tracking

  • Leaver documentation and tracking

  • Monitoring of issuance and revocation of access pass, laptops, LAN IDs and application access

  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the on and off-boarding process

 

  • Liaise with hiring managers and other PMOs for logistics related the on and off-boarding process

 

  • Responsible for fixed asset tracking tasks such as change in asset ownership, cost centre and fixed asset inventory stock take.

 

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to raise purchase requests for business cards, stationary, aircon and other property related issues.

 

  • Manage and support floor logistics such as office equipment, stationary, documentation destruction, sorting of mail, courier services and approvals for division head.

 

 

 

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in an IT industry or IT PMO role

 

Essential:

  • Have knowledge and experience in IT department or Projects related roles to understand IT Projects process.

  • Structured admin work tracking and management as resource will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application delivery documentations and department Procurement/ Contracts documents.

  • You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and tracked.

  • You will be expected to work with the departments heads and other teams to manage project management admin items within required for the IT Departments

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft software knowledge – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
