Mandai Park Holdings (MPH) owns the world-renowned Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Safari and Jurong Bird Park, and is in the process of rejuvenating the surrounding area in Mandai into an integrated wildlife and nature destination.
  
Mandai Global is a wholly owned subsidiary of MPH, focused on establishing and operating new lines of business and driving expansion into adjacent industries, spanning the Experience Economy, Ecotourism, Edutainment IP, Loyalty, and Consulting.
  
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Product Manager to play a central role in developing our new Edutainment products, to enable us to project a presence beyond our parks, into devices, living rooms and into regional and global markets. This is a rare opportunity where you will be part of a pioneering team to build the next globally iconic Singaporean brand.
  
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner IP creators, licensors and agencies to develop entertainment IP assets to grow our audience.
  • Identify opportunities, evaluate partnerships, structure and negotiate contracts to ensure contractual compliance, and manage licensor/licensee relationships.
  • Be the entrepreneur to hunt for new innovative solutions to delight our customers, develop new capabilities and grow new revenue streams.
  • Drive down to specifics and create a best-of-class product experience.
  • Analyse, research, and develop a compelling business case.
  • Define, execute and deliver Key Performance Indicators.
  • Articulate opportunities, define long-term strategy and seek buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Evangelise our vision and develop strong partnerships with like-minded individuals and institutions.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
  
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 12 years of experience in product management and/or product marketing in entertainment, lifestyle IP products, and brands.
  • Deep knowledge of all commercial licensing structures and frameworks currently employed within broadcasting, gaming, consumer technology and live streaming industries.
  • Creative big thinker, with strong product vision and instincts.
  • Proven ability to drive projects and teams across functionally spanning different departments, realising high quality, well-communicated, predictable outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with a true passion for creating great consumer experiences, and willing to approach projects with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence with data.
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills.
