- Coordinate with Product and Marketing team in executing monthly campaigns/promotions setup
- Responsible for sales forecast and targets
- Responsible for New Product / Range introduction on Online Platforms
- Responsible for Online Platform Reports and KPIs
- Key liaison with Online Platform Accounts such as Lazada, Shopee and Amazon
- Manage operations flow such as customer service, returns and exchanges, operational issues
- Provide support for other Online activities and projects when required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ qualifications with at least 1 year experience in Online Channels/eCommerce Platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Creative, resourceful and a good team-player
- Passionate about consumer trends and eCommerce
- Possess a good understanding of consumer behaviour in the online landscape
- Digitally inclined
