We are looking for a sales and business development guru to join our team! The individual we seek
is entrepreneurial, driven and capable of helping us level up as a creative Web3 powerhouse. Here
are the deets!

What We Offer:
1. Monthly base salary with CPF ranging from S$2,000 to S$3,000 depending on experience,
track record and capabilities.
2. 10-15% commission after third-party costs. Mid-year and end-of-year bonuses can be
expected, subject to performance.
3. Flexible work arrangement: work from home or work from anywhere as long as key monthly
goals are being met.
4. Work-life balance: enjoy elastic working hours. Work at your own pace and discretion as long
as monthly targets are being met.

What We Prefer:
1. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on
securing projects with a minimum cumulative value of S$30-50k each month.
2. Able to target and convert new business opportunities and clients through market research,
networking, and lead generation.
3. Able to collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches that
meet the needs and requirements of clients.
4. Represent the company at client meetings and presentations, industry events, and other
networking opportunities, and actively promote our brand and services.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
6. Able to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and
conditions are in line with company policies and standards.
7. Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
with 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a creative
agency or related industry.
