Channel Duties
Assist in channel distribution, operations, and administration.
Train, onboard and demonstrate supply chain platform to funders, banks, and businesses.
Ensure client satisfaction of channels are of the highest level.
Report, recommend and collate user feedback and trends in channel markets.
Resourceful to be able to support implementation projects and technical requirements.
Support in building relationships with partners

Profile, identify and analyse potential partners and FIs to drive supply chain origination, funding locally and abroad.
Scan and report on the fintech scene locally and abroad on partnerships, threats, and trends
Facilitate contract negotiation, analysing legal, risks, revenue, and strategy.
Organize channel and partnership workshops or engagement sessions.
Plan & drive marketing activities

Experience
Fluency in English, additional knowledge of an ASEAN regional language will be beneficial.
