Overall Job Objectives
Responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue, developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to enquiries about new business opportunities and pitching to small and medium sized clients.
Core Responsibilities
- To identify business opportunities and to develop new businesses.
- To increase the sales and profitability of the Company.
- To engage in effective brand communications and marketing
activities. - To solicit new distributors and clients and identify business
opportunities and develop new businesses. - Assist distributors in their branding, sales and distribution of the
Company’s products. - Develop new distributors and update distributors’ profiles
regularly. - To assist in the implementation of CRM , mobility and e-
commerce projects. - Plan, coordinate and handle all trade shows and major
promotions, marketing and branding exercises. - To conduct market and field studies when required.
- To review, implement and assist in the retail and foodservice
marketing activities. - To be involved in the development of new products.
- Participate in local and international trade shows and customer shows when required.
- Engage in social media marketing when required.
- Assist in the logistics and administrative work required for export
sales. - Perform other business development and related functions as and
when required.
Job Specifications
- A degree in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with a strong
command in the English and Mandarin language. - Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and take initiative in tasks
assigned. - To be a strong team player and be willing to learn and work with
multiple departments. - Good analytical skills and meticulous nature.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- To ensure timely preparation and planning for trade and
consumer events, and other marketing/branding activities. - To provide support to capability development projects, which include branding, market feasibility, design innovation, etc.
- To build and maintain ongoing relationship and liaison with
distributors and key account customers.
