SparkBeyond is seeking a driven Business Development Representative with proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation - ideally with a tech or SaaS background - to drive growth in the APJ region. They will be responsible for building the sales pipeline and implementing strategies to support the commercial funnel for SparkBeyond’s products.
What will you do?
● Generate new business opportunities for the larger team to drive the sales process from lead to client
● Collaborate with the marketing and the Impact / Data Science team and be responsible to execute on outbound sales for nominated territories / verticals.
● Work with organic leads, referrals and generate your own leads through your research, networking and outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, linkedin, events) to secure meetings with potential clients
● Work closely and collaboratively with Data Scientists to ensure outstanding value delivery to every conversation
What will you need?
● 1-3 years of professional BD/Sales experience in a fast-paced environment
● Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Business, Finance or equivalent
● Interest for AI and desire to keep up with the latest digital trends
● You will need to be well organised with the ability to work with autonomy
● An excellent communicator with an ambitious drive to progress into into a full 360 sales role
● High EQ and IQ in order to work with empathy in an organization with a very creative culture of talented people
