The product design team for coin systems within the Onyx business is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior technical writer to join the product management team. You will work cross functionally with regulatory affairs, privacy, legal, compliance and engineering to produce high quality technical documentation. Your responsibilities are to draft procedural documents, guidelines, writing technical documentation, creating narratives that appeal and enable stakeholders to quickly grasp the mental model behind the need for and use of our products.
You Will
Respond to questionnaires and RFPs on behalf of our product design team. These would be primarily for CBDC testbeds/sandboxes. You will prepare and maintain supporting documentation
Prepare, maintain, and improve documentation to support compliance and regulatory efforts (e.g., regulatory reports and license applications)
Assist in the product design lifecycle by monitoring and recording changes to the requirements based on the feedback from clients
Independently author and/or edit technical documents, including policies, procedures, and standards following established document formats
Translate technical process information into user-friendly content
Document workflows and use cases, including data flow and/or architectural diagrams
Continuously promote awareness of the benefits of our products and work with stakeholders on improving communications
What You’ll Need
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with business leaders and engineers to research, author and socialize the key technical
Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical writing or equivant of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in HTML and Markdown
Working knowledge with Blockchain technology, preferably with some prior experience in Ethereum
Conversant with Git
Conversant with Javascript
