About the Position
Payment Innovation APAC team  are responsible to ensure global  strategic initiatives from Wholesale Payment are seamlessly executed in the region and also ensuring the region priorities, demand and market dynamics is catered and incorporated in the global plan.
 
Some of the example of Payment Innovation Initiatives include, Virtual Accounting, Real Time Payment, Alternative Payments and Platform modernization.
 
Core Responsibilities of  Payment Innovation Product Manager

  • Business and Market Requirement Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end perspective.

  • Business Architecture – defining the end to end business flows related to delivery of TS Payment Services.  Working with Functional Partners to agree operational, service delivery and systems architecture that supports these flows.

  • Requirements Definition – analyzing detailed end to end business requirements associated with delivery of TS Payment Services.  Working with Product Managers and other Functional Partners to consolidate these requirements and to author detailed statements of requirements

  • Providing central point of contact through which Technology may work to maintain and prioritize the development backlog.

 
Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience analyzing and documenting Business Requirements

  • Payment product management experience preferred

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation

  • Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.

  • May require to travel
