Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business to understand their priorities and how marketing can contribute to their objectives

  • Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy that support business objectives

  • Create key messages that are relevant and compelling for the business banking audience, supported by proof points

  • Execute and manage an integrated marketing plan which leverages various tactics in the marketing mix. This can range from the production of sales enablement materials to content campaigns, client case studies and testimonials, and events

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, share meaningful learnings to the business regularly, and gather input or feedback for further optimisation

  • Manage budget and resources to achieve results

  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in B2C and B2B, brand, digital and/or growth marketing

  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives

  • Good interpersonal and relationships skills, with the ability to influence others in a collaborative and positive manner to achieve results in a cross-functional setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure and in face of changes

  • Ability to manage resources effectively, including budget and time management, and other resources such as designers and agencies

  • Experience managing events (virtual and/or in-person)

  • Consumer marketing background and data storytelling skills will be a plus

  • Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
