Responsibilities:
Perform marketing / origination / client relationship management activities for regulated new economy client segment (Fintech) including money services businesses
To originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments
To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in positive top line impact to the bank in relation to this segment of customers
To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence
To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
Foster strong working relationship and collaboration between internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree or equivalent
Minimum 6 years’ banking experience in relevant industry
Strong understanding of KYC / Operational process flow on payments/ remittance and new economy industry
Relevant experience in managing clients regulated under MAS’s Payment Services Act and possess good institutional relationships will be an advantage
Good relationship management and people engagement skills
Good management, written and communication skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Good understanding of payment and remittance businesses
