Strategy and Planning
Promotion of Risk Awareness culture
Overall Budget Planning for Operations Division
Strategic Project execution for Operations Division
Business Risk Management
Implementation of Risk Management, Compliance policy among Operations Teams
Update Operations teams on latest change in Risk Management Policies, Compliance Policies, regulatory requirements
Conduct assurance review to assist Operations Teams in identifying CIM
Assist in Audit Exercises
Assist BU in managing Operation Risk Events
Ensure all Operations Teams complete their regular Compliance Checks
MIS & Budget Management
Supervisor MIS team in preparation of various MIS Report
Budget preparation and tracking
Project Management
Manage ad hoc projects on Process improvement
People Management
Provide guidance to subordinates
Deputy to Head Operations in managing various teams in SG GO
Requirements:
University Degree
At least 15 years in Operations and Project Management preferably with at least 5 years experience in Risk & Controls
Familiarity with regulatory requirements on Singapore Banking industry
Good understanding on day-to-day Operations functions in wholesale and retail Banking
Experience in managing cross functional operations team (40 people or more) will be an advantage
