Job Requirements

  • Lead the generation of new ideas based on data, analytics, insights, market trends, and interactions with partners, clients and prospects

  • Assisting with the development of business cases, working on digital product design, market research as well as managing project outcomes to achieve objectives on-time.

  • Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision

  • Manage digital projects to build best-in-class digital on-boarding capabilities as well as leverage on analytics to optimise digital business and identify digital sales opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally and horizontally with technical, design, business, operations and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and issue management

  • Develop a deep understanding and appreciation for prospect and client needs across Retail and Commercial Banking.

  • Drive modern digital product management principles and serves as a leader across BUs, technology, and credit teams.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging.

  • Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing processes for risk mitigation and detection in rollout and test plans, and scenario planning

  • Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams

  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences

  • A can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
