Lead the generation of new ideas based on data, analytics, insights, market trends, and interactions with partners, clients and prospects
Assisting with the development of business cases, working on digital product design, market research as well as managing project outcomes to achieve objectives on-time.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision
Manage digital projects to build best-in-class digital on-boarding capabilities as well as leverage on analytics to optimise digital business and identify digital sales opportunities.
Work cross-functionally and horizontally with technical, design, business, operations and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and issue management
Develop a deep understanding and appreciation for prospect and client needs across Retail and Commercial Banking.
Drive modern digital product management principles and serves as a leader across BUs, technology, and credit teams.

Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging.
Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing processes for risk mitigation and detection in rollout and test plans, and scenario planning
Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams
Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences
A can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
