Responsibilities:
Maker for data enrichment, particulars updates and extractions.
Maintains and checks for completeness and accuracy of data entry for account opening data enrichment.
Performs document and data extraction.
Updating of excel spreadsheet register for various updates.
Liaise with Business Units and ensure follow-ups are attended promptly.
Ensure job functions are performed to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Maintain registers required by the department as assigned by the supervisors.
Perform general clerical functions (eg filing documents) as required by supervisors.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma
Preferably have at least 2 years of banking experience in similar capacity handling account openings for Retail customers
Basic AML Knowledge
Have knowledge in performing name screening and disposing name screen alerts
Independent, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision
Proficiency in computer skills with a keen eye for details and very hands on
