To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the funds segment especially with financial sponsors, leveraging network and industry knowledge to expand the bank's client base.
With deep understanding of fund financing especially subscription loan products and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Provide expert advice and guidance to client’s on the benefits and features of these products.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant financial data to assess the creditworthiness of financial sponsors and determine appropriate loan structures.
Spearhead the development of loan underwriting standards for fund financing
Credit Underwriting: Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment. To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence
To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relations to this segment of customers
To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
Minimum Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking industry, with a focus on financial sponsors and subscription loans.
Requires a deep understanding of subscription loan products and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Experience in similar ASEAN banks will be beneficial.
Good understanding of banking products that are appliable to this segment of clients.
