What will you do?

As a Commercial Strategist, you are responsible for…
  • Partnering with the MD and CFO in the development, articulation and execution of the strategy and vision for the organization. This involves transforming the vision and strategy into a road-map and agenda that caters to short- and long-term needs in tune with the ambition of the owners. Also, to develop a view of the company in a larger market and macro perspective and define where and how to compete.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities to deliver on the growth targets. This includes finding and evaluating business opportunities within the property domain, such as land banks, development projects and any other related opportunities. Also, to build partnerships; developing further the ability to capture global opportunities.
  • Further refining and defining the profile of KSK in the market, establishing the company as a key player and partner in the real estate market, both locally and globally. This includes actively fronting the KSK on the relevant arenas, when required, as well as engaging in informal networking in the industry.
  • Building and developing the organization. This includes developing a view of future capability needs as well as developing the structural capital required, working closely with all internal stakeholders, for KSK to grow.
  • Developing powerful relationships with all stakeholders. This includes the important task of nurturing, growing and developing relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, regulators, financial institutions/banks and other real estate developers.
What we need?

If you…
  • Possess a minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Possess commercial business building skills with sharp business acumen and ability to translate vision to action in an agile environment.
  • Have outstanding strategic and problem-solving skills, and be able to frame the strategic options for the business and set a clearly articulated long-term agenda.
  • Are able to understand the needs of the market, the industry, the competitive landscape, and how to develop relevant strategies and market activities.
  • Have the hunger to learn and be open to adapt and adopt accordingly with the rapid technological advancement and constant market disruption in the world today
  • Are a self-starter who is able to be entrepreneurial within KSK Land, as well as in the larger company of KSK Group.
  •  An exceptionally strong influencer, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels.
  • Are astute and good in seizing opportunities when it arises.
