E-commerce Executive
The E-commerce Executive will support the growth of the e-commerce business channels by enhancing customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/She should be able to conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and be able to manage multiple projects as well as be an energetic, collaborative and results oriented team member who is technologically savvy with good business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management and Product Listing
- Maintain and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, images, SEO, and pricing — ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Ensure listings (product descriptions, images and pricing) are synced, up-to-date and accurate, and aligned with site’s identity.
- Coordinate with the internal team to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Monitor daily site performance, flagging bugs, syncing issues, and UI/UX gaps for resolutions resolution with the IT Team
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Coordinate and execute online campaigns, activities and promotions to drive conversions
- Research market trends and identify marketing opportunities to improve online presence and drive site traffic
Sales & Performance Management
- Track daily sales performance, identify high-performing products and under- performing SKUs that can improve product lisings
- Monitor and regularly provide reports on website metric (traffic, conversion rate, CTR, revenue, returns etc.), fulfilment success rates and sales performance by channel (organic search, paid ads, email campaigns, social media etc.) to understand ROI
Daily Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Handle picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely last mile delivery
- Reconcile sales, returns and payments and with the finance team
- Support retail operations when required
Cross-functional Support
- Liaise with IT, Purchasing and Logistics teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, fulfilment, and platform operations.
- Assist in managing agency and marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of assets and performance updates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments as well as external business partners and service providers that support online business.
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders.
Others
- Other ad-hoc assignments may be assigned where necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree In Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
- Strong ability to use e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), Excel, data dashboards, and order management systems with basic Canva or Photoshop/basic graphic editing experience for campaign support. Open to fresh graduates.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM and product marketing.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of website management and Ecommerce usability
- Proficient with Microsoft office Applications
- Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment with high level of motivation.
- Excellent attention to details, strong organizational skills, and ability to execute on time under tight deadlines; adept at multitasking and managing process-driven assignments.
