The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is the human face behind our digital brand, managing lead generation through our digital presence, ensuring the stories we tell are truly relevant, targeted and engaging. This person will support dentsu’s marketing and growth plans by performing end-to-end management of growth opportunities for existing clients and net new logos across different marketing channels.

The role is focused on growing the APAC database and generating demand by leading the technical execution of our integrated marketing strategy. By technical execution, this person will be expected to manage outbound and inbound channels including email, website, nurture campaigns, webinars and more. They will act as a key integrator between Marketing Communications & Growth, optimising marketing tools and process to increase conversion. Joining the Global Communications Network and our Digital Marketing family, a strong group of digitally minded folk who look after and share best practice around our online presence across the world.

This role has one FTE reporting into it, managing social media channels and campaigns.

Job Description:

Content creation

  • Developing effective ways to communicate dentsu’s value proposition to our audiences through our digital estate to drive business growth.

  • Working with Head of Growth Marketing to build and manage a calendar of content for the website and amplified across our digital estate.

  • Ongoing iterative testing, ensuring we’re constantly refining our target audience segments and resulting content strategy.

  • Overseeing the management of APAC’s content calendar, ensuring it drives a regular beat of quality storytelling across all content pillars including live event coverage.

  • Overseeing content creation and campaigns across dentsu APAC’s channels –LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

Growth enablement

  • Act as Product Owner for Salesforce Pardot in APAC, helping to drive user adoption and support organisation-wide change management.  

  • Own the marketing lifecycle strategy, from visitor to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL). 

  • Develop and execute campaigns that achieve pipeline goals with quality leads. 

  • Implement marketing automation workflows, create email nurture programs, segmented lists, and campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms. 

  • Partner with Sales on campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting. 

  • Provide best-in-class insights to help guide the sales team on how to better manage leads in Salesforce. 

  • Ensure the quality of the data used for marketing purpose and work closely with global team to ensure compliance with GDPR. 

  • Build regional marketing dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and leads conversion. 

  • Understand the Marketing technology stack and address any gaps by discovering, designing, and implementing new tools across our key marketing platforms. 

  • Deliver a website that is optimized for lead generation. 

  • Optimize our online experience from driving awareness to website to lead capture. 

Community Management

  • Owning and overseeing the delivery of the regional digital strategy aligned to the global digital marketing strategy. 

  • Overseeing day-to-day management of content published on our online estate including: Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.

  • Organise, build and engage with custom audiences that align with our target audience segment strategy.

  • Manage incoming requests through our digital estate, escalating with relevant stakeholders where necessary.

  • Identifying and managing any social crises with the Regional Communications Director and forming part of the crisis management team where required. 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Using native analytics platforms to understand performance of campaigns and find ways to iterate process and new lead capture through test and learn.

  • Build quarterly reports to share with the Communications, Marketing & Growth team. 

  • Sharing data-driven insights with communications & growth teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimising for conversion.

  • Using KPIs and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement in content delivery and audience targeting.
