Oversees all financial aspects of the Specific Taskforce operations, including set-up of the Specific-Finance team and drive any discussions relating to financial planning, governance and operations
Financial Resource Planning & Management
Drive the financial planning requirements and ensure optimal and prudent allocation of resources.
Manage and track budget utilization and highlight/report trends and exceptions.
Perform activity-based costing and cost analysis to determine the norm cost of testing service versus market benchmarked rates for the purpose of pricing decisions.
Charging & collection of testing revenue
Manage and work closely with the Ops and IT to develop new and update existing use cases’ workflow to incorporate and implement charging capability.
Liaise with various Sector Leads for the different use cases on their roles and responsibilities in the charging model, reconciliation and appeal processes.
Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the latest development in charging capability.
Manage billings, receivables, collection and reconciliation to ensure timely processing, proper governance and compliance to policy decisions.
Payments to Vendors & General accounting
Oversee accounts payable functions; ensure prompt and accurate payment to suppliers, swab teams.
Ensure proper accountability of fixed assets and reconciliation relating to TOTG operations.
Support the teams on their queries on financial policies, expense claims, billings or payment processing.
Oversee proper book-keeping and ensure compliance to regulations, policies and internal controls, and adhering to Accounting Standards at all times.
Manage and assist in audit queries.
Any other duties as required.
