Financial Resource Planning & Management
- Drive the financial planning requirements and ensure optimal and prudent allocation of resources.
- Manage and track budget utilization and highlight/report trends and exceptions.
- Perform activity-based costing and cost analysis to determine the norm cost of testing service versus market benchmarked rates for the purpose of pricing decisions.
- Manage and work closely with the Ops and IT to develop new and update existing use cases’ workflow to incorporate and implement charging capability.
- Liaise with various Sector Leads for the different use cases on their roles and responsibilities in the charging model, reconciliation and appeal processes.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the latest development in charging capability.
- Manage billings, receivables, collection and reconciliation to ensure timely processing, proper governance and compliance to policy decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable functions; ensure prompt and accurate payment to suppliers, swab teams.
- Ensure proper accountability of fixed assets and reconciliation relating to TOTG operations.
- Support the teams on their queries on financial policies, expense claims, billings or payment processing.
- Oversee proper book-keeping and ensure compliance to regulations, policies and internal controls, and adhering to Accounting Standards at all times.
- Manage and assist in audit queries.
- Any other duties as required.
