Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
  • Provide direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs
  • Work with Technology Lead to ensure a sound architecture and Dev-Ops best practices
  • Work with IT Architects and appointed vendors on IT projects in providing subject matter expertise and technical direction on integration with existing systems
  • Setup the AWS/Azure Cloud, auto-scaling, monitoring and notification mechanisms
  • Setup the CI/CD pipeline with automated progression/regression testing and security scanning.
  • Setup and deploy microservices architecture with Kubernetes.
  • Define SOP for sandbox development, branching strategies, validate integrity of all code-merges
  • Take charge of all release management cycles, performance metrics, versioning, documentation
  • Ensure the services/system reliability and availability
  • Proactively monitor the performance of the system/ cloud resources
  • Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
  • Propose and implement improvements related to scalability, automation, performance, and security of platforms and data
  
  
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the Dev-Ops.
  • Proficient in software development using Microsoft technologies and scripting languages (.NET Framework, C#, MVC, ASP.NET).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML.
  • Knowledge in Linux.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience working with one or more of the following DevOps tools would be highly desirable – Github, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeLine, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, AWS EKS/ Kubernetes, AWS ECR, CloudFormation, Ansible and Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience working with RDBMS (Amazon Aurora/ PostgreSQL), NoSQL (Amazon DynamoDB/ Cassandra/ MongoDB), Redis, Liquibase and Reactive Native for Web would be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies would be highly desirable – E-commerce, Online Payment Gateway, Mobile App, API Management & Gateway, Events streaming/bus and Service Mesh.
  • Experience in Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation Platform (Adobe experience manager, Adobe Campaign Standard)
  • Experience in maintaining and releasing of mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with tenacity and drive to lead and execute upon multi-year projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
