Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritise Clicks projects and enhancements in alignment with business plans & initiatives.

  • Promote usage of Clicks.

  • Enhance digital user journey and UI/UX. 

  • Develop more digital sales capabilities & cross-sell opportunities.

  • Work with IT and relevant parties to ensure smooth project implementation and system launches.

  • Manage Clicks production bugs and customer issues and work with IT to ensure proper resolution.

  • Ensure Clicks uptime target is met.

  • Own Clicks Operations Manual.

  • Oversee consistency of design and requirements for new Clicks transactions.

  • Work closely with IT, Compliance, Risk to ensure Clicks comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Met & comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Analyse recurring customer issues and initiate changes to ensure proper resolution and stable system.

  • Facilitate and integrate Clicks functional upgrades.

  • Design and organize workshops to break down the journey, identify pain points and brainstorm solutions to promote usage.

  • Write detailed business user requirements, documenting end-to-end customer experience touch points.

  • Drive initiatives that contribute to long term operational excellence and usage growth.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline, or Diploma

Relevant Work Experience 

  • A broad knowledge of Consumer Banking business and managing enhancements and development of Digital Banking related services

  • 5 years+ experience in a financial institution, consumer business environment managing a product / channel

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Research, analytical and planning skills with finance skills such as working on budget and related business metrics

  • Business analysts skills to develop user requriements and work with IT on solutioning

Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)

  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills

  • Culturally mature and able to work with varied teams and partners

  • Collaboration skills, able to influence, build relationship and manage conflicts

  • Motivated, able to work independently and proactively in a fast paced and changing environment
