Identify and engage C-levels or senior executives of managed enterprises by providing
consultative based solutioning with Lithan’s enterprise solutions ( Digital Academy in-a-
box and Off-shore Talent Incubation)
Identify internal and external digital upskilling and talent demand of managed enterprises
to propose a total workforce transformation solution.
Your day to day activities include leads generation, sales engagement and account
Reporting directly to the sales director, you will be working with your peer in learning
delivery & digital marketing to implement your go to market strategies.
You will target large companies/MNC’s in developing their total digital upskilling and talent acquisition plan.
These may include:
(1) Digital skills gap analysis for internal stakeholders
(2) Contextualised work based learning curriculums
(3) Contextualised work place learning journey ( Learning in the flow of work and systems
of learning pedagogy)
(4) CLaaS talent strategies ( Talent acquisition, Talent incubation and Off-Shore
At least a University graduate
Minimum 5 years B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talents recruitments
experience in Tech industry
Working exposure in tech startup will be an advantage
Ideally have a strong network/familiarity within the tech industry or prior consulting
