Position Overview

The Carrier Senior Account Manager (CSAM) is responsible for taking ESET’s Telco ISP offering to wireless carriers (Telco & ISP companies) within the APAC region. CSAM's develop new business opportunities with top tier Telco & ISP companies and are responsible for sales pipeline development for the selected region, introducing new cybersecurity B2B2C solutions to the carriers (Telco & ISP companies).

Besides the commercial extension between carriers (Telco & ISP companies) and our regional, HQ business development and technology teams, CSAM will collaborate with multi-functional teams including Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives/ownsthe commercial relationship with carriers (Telco & ISP companies) in the APAC region

• Ensures carrier (Telco & ISP) requirements are accurately translated to internal teams.

• Ensures/owns the investigation of carrier (Telco & ISP) barriers/ issues and partner closely with commercial and technical SPOC from Telco & ISP development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

• Reports project status, prioritize tasks and raisesimpactful issues to senior management.

Key Qualifications

• Proven track record working on phones, routers or similar products and value added services that operate on cellular and/or fixed broadband networks.

• Minimum of 8 years direct experience working with one or more carriers (Telco & ISP companies) to enable products and services for cellular or fixed broadband devices.

• Experience and understanding of Telco & ISP industry and protocols such as 5G, LTE, 3G, Fiber, DSL, FWA.

• Deep understanding of network cellular and fixed broadband features and familiarity with current deployments across carrier networks.

• Program/project management experience delivering sophisticated technical projects deploying new cybersecurity offering into carrier (Telco & ISP) networks.

• Ability to establish relationships multi-functional with both internal and external teams, key target group of decision makers within carriers (Telco & ISP) companies and regional, global groups.

• Strong issue tracking/management abilities

• Knowledge and meaningful experience with product requirements from wireless carriers (Telco & ISP companies).

• Ability to stay focused and prioritize a heavy workload while achieving outstanding quality

• Have excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or proven experience.
