Responsibilities

  • Monitor the financial performance, day to day accounting operations and maintain full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries and related companies
  • Responsible for managerial reporting, consolidation of group accounts, financial analysis and planning
  • Ensure compliance of group's financial and operating policies, including liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for statutory compliance
  • Set up, review & improve on internal controls and work processes
  • Controlling, costing, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow and inventory management
  • Government grants administration, ensuring timely submission of claims and subsequent reimbursements from government authorities
  • HR and personnel administration
  • Other duties to be assigned by the management
 
Requirement
  • Degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • 4 years’ relevant working experience
  • Proven experience in finance management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Compliance oriented.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Analytical skills.
