Responsibilities
- Monitor the financial performance, day to day accounting operations and maintain full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries and related companies
- Responsible for managerial reporting, consolidation of group accounts, financial analysis and planning
- Ensure compliance of group's financial and operating policies, including liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for statutory compliance
- Set up, review & improve on internal controls and work processes
- Controlling, costing, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow and inventory management
- Government grants administration, ensuring timely submission of claims and subsequent reimbursements from government authorities
- HR and personnel administration
- Other duties to be assigned by the management
Requirement
- Degree in accounting or equivalent.
- 4 years’ relevant working experience
- Proven experience in finance management.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Auditing experience.
- Compliance oriented.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Analytical skills.
