Strategy Development and Execution:Define marketing performance measurements aligned with marketing objectives and strategies. Collaborate with the Product Team to plan yearly marketing calendars for all genres, including Brand, tactical, and partnerships.
Creative and Campaign Management:
Sustain branding and communications both externally and internally & oversee and manage the creative concept of marketing segments with appointed agencies. Work with Growth Marketing to plan and manage progressive digital marketing campaigns, tracking conversions and consumer engagement on owned media, such as the website.
Communication and Collaboration: Work with PR & Communications to manage internal and external communication platforms and co-develop content strategy for social media platforms with appointed agencies
Logistics and Budget Management: Develop annual expense forecasts and budget allocations. Oversee project budgets and monitor costs according to Sales performance.
Leadership and Development:Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to Marketing Executives and the Logistics & Admin Assistant to ensure efficient task execution.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in the fashion/retail industry or FMCG brands.
Experience in brand marketing, campaign strategy & execution, and media planning. Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience with excellent project management skills and creativity.
Experience in managing media and creative agencies to become strong partners in driving business growth
