Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and optimizing the manufacturing and production process.
Master Production Planning:
Connect with demand planning to manage sales forecasts and execute production plans to ensure a consistent supply.
Production Scheduling:
Collaborate with all stakeholders to support and manage the production plan to meet deliverables.
Inventory Management and Analysis:Prepare planning and inventory reports to facilitate management review when necessary. Manage, analyze, and optimize inventory levels.
Supplier Management:Establish, manage, and review supplier performance to ensure processes and deliveries align with company expectations.
Cross-Functional Communication:Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure effective coordination and communication between stakeholders.
Ad-Hoc Duties and Projects:Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and projects as required by the organization.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 3 - 5 years in Production Planning
Able to start work immediately or at a short notice
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle EBS experience preferred
Keen to learn, excellent communicator with good team-building and collaborating skills
Excellent data analytical skils
Good understanding of Supply Chain management knowledge
