Overview
Combining your strategic thinking with experience in innovative digital solutions, you will haveresponsibility for a range of clients delivering the highest quality projects in order to meet and exceedclient expectations while contributing to GO’s profitability and revenue growth.

The role will allow you to present the full range of GO's service offering such as digital strategy, customer experience, media and technology solutions, social media and customer care to key clients, leveraging a key team of SME from across the region as and when you need.

The role will create opportunities for you to develop skills in creating commercial plans, resourcing requirements and managing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager’s core responsibilities include:
Client Management: Develop of a deep understanding of the client’s strategic objectives (whether its related to brand, social, digital marketing or product) and finds new opportunities to create value for both the client and GrowthOps

Project Management: Owns the project end-to-end from scoping, briefing to delivery ensuring high quality work, internal team alignment and resourcing. Includes managing the project on time and on budget. You have great empathy, patience and you genuinely enjoy developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Team Management: Receive briefs from the client and translate that into internal requirements doc for your internal stakeholders.

Commercial: Be proactive in seeking out future opportunities with your clients in order to drive revenue growth for clients in your portfolio. Identify and follow-up new business initiatives with your existing clients across GO (and partners) products and services. You will be responsible for managing all quotations, SOWs and invoicing adhering to the GO process.

Collaborative: Work with the full GO team including media, creative and strategy to deliver outstanding results for your clients. As and when required, the AM will manage vendor relationships and/or third party costs

Pitch work: Manage the delivery of the pitch documentation, responsible for ensuring every team member delivers their sections on time and adhere to a cohesive narrative

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients' future business needs and challenges
  • Receive and document client’s requests in clearly articulated briefing documents
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients & team members
  • Manage client WIP documents to ensure progress on important issues
  • Identifying strategic channel development opportunities
  • Assist in the set up and launch of new advertiser campaigns
  • Proactively organise WIPs and meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Act as a point of escalation for all client queries

Technical Skills
  •  Account management or client service experience from the online/digital industry and experience in driving revenue, profitability and opportunities for cross sell
  • The AM will have an understanding of GO integrated service offering to be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client.
  • Reporting: You will need to prepare all post campaign reports managing internal resources to deliver for the client – and understand how to learn, optimise and improve results for your clients.
  • Communication skills with ability to build and maintain effective client/agency relationships
  • Knowledge of digital programs and maintains industry knowledge through self-managed research to stay up to date with relevant business areas, as well as participating in GO coordinated learning activities.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to communicate complex information easily and effectively
  • Ability to use data – analytical abilities and to draw inferences from data and work closely with the strategy teams to provide the creative brief.
  • Understanding of agile project methodology, experience design and/or product management will be considered an asset

Qualifications & Experience:
  •  Degree in Marketing, Business administration or relevant field, or relevant Diploma with at least 3 years working experience
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years’ experience at a digital or traditional advertising agency
  • Any other related experience, such as video production house experience, will be considered as well
