You will support the daily guest service operations in our Serviced Residence. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures

  2. Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk

  3. Issue apartment access key cards

  4. Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs

  5. Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements

  6. Manage residents’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system

  7. Perform simple bookkeeping

  8. Make and confirm reservations

  9. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees

  10. Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests

  11. Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers

  12. Receive and convey messages to residents promptly

  13. Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents’ valuables and belongings

  14. Perform related tasks as assigned


Requirements

  1. 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in the hospitality industry

  2. Fresh graduates who have attained a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification are welcomed to apply

  3. Service-oriented

  4. Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork

  5. Willingness to do 5-day work week shifts, including night shifts
