Hunters Digital is a Singapore-based web design and digital marketing agency. We help SMEs and growing businesses build powerful websites and run performance-driven marketing campaigns. Our services include Website Development, E-Commerce, SEO, and Meta/Google Ads.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to support our growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital, comfortable with client interaction, and eager to grow with a fast-moving agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads and client interactions through our CRM system.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs in website development, SEO, and digital marketing.

• Prepare and support proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.

• Work with our in-house team to translate client requirements into clear project briefs.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide value-added suggestions during client discussions.

• Assist in building long-term client relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, website sales, or related roles

• Knowledge of website development, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems (training provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage SMEs.

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Remuneration

• Base + attractive commissions.
