This position will be part of a dynamic team and reports directly to Head of Custom Solutions team.
The Integrated Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing innovative, multi-platform integrated marketing solutions for advertisers. You will also be in charge of creating and pitching digital advertising marketing solutions to drive sales revenue across all SPH advertising platforms.
Your success means being able to create end-to-end communication strategy and execution of solution/idea. This will also require an understanding of integrated marketing communication planning framework and measurable brand & campaign performance matrix.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and solutions manager for integrated solution RFPs
Develop and present compelling proposals that detail customized, integrated content-led / digital-only solutions and work with Sales teams to close the deals.
In doing so :
Coordinate kick off and brainstorm meetings, manage information coming in from various teams, maintain timelines and hit deadlines
Ideate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise O2O solution strategies and drive new digital initiatives to meet our advertisers’ business objectives
Creatively pull together all elements for the pitch document (e.g. idea descriptions, screenshots & creative mock-ups, custom measurement templates etc.)
Ensure all solution tactics extended to our advertisers are aligned with SPH MSD’s strategic thrusts
Set up campaign performance matrix and provide assessment of campaign effectiveness, learnings and recommendations
Develop best-in-class processes and protocols for all communication / touchpoint planning that establish a strong communication tool for sales to adopt
Provide business requirements to our Title and Digital Development teams to translate into technical brief for development of new features
Keep abreast of latest marketing trends and serve as category expert, providing sales teams with competitive intelligence on assigned categories
Build relationships with third party resources for client focused added value programs and new product opportunities
Job Requirements
5+ years integrated solution planning, media agency or publisher experience.
Digital planning experience required.
Display good knowledge on integrating digital and traditional channels effectively
Familiar with syndicated research & web analytics tools (e.g. Nielsen Media Index, eMarketer, Google Analytics)
Ability to think big picture while still paying attention to details
Significant experience at building proposal collateral (decks, one-sheets, using G-suite tools)
Strong organizational skills and ability to be highly collaborative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excel at multi-tasking
Time management / ability to juggle multiple projects under deadline
