The Integrated Strategist Lead plans and executes impactful programs by connecting client business objectives to relevant GrowthOps offerings in creative advertising, experience design, performance media, data & analytics and platform build.
This role will play the thinker and integrator in our agency whom the multi-practice teams rely on to pull together holistic strategic plans built on insights from media, consumer and brand research. By putting the customer insights and experience at the heart of each project, you will arrive at clear, powerful strategies and effective executions.
This is a new role for the Singapore office and it is an opportunity for a midweight strategist to grow into a lead and director role within the team.
This role is with GrowthOps Singapore. However, we are open to applicants based elsewhere with deep experience working across Southeast Asia.
Integrated Strategy Development
Working with the Client Servicing, Creative, Experience Design and Performance Media teams, you will take the lead in developing fully-integrated or single-discipline pitches and proposals.
Your strategic output will exhibit finesse in tackling client business objectives through robust customer research and best-in-class touchpoint planning; teeing up a spark for brilliant, engaging executions across media and creative planning.
You bring to the team multidisciplinary best practices in the industry, to ignite curiosity in the latest creative technology and customer experience design and to inspire the team to ‘think small’ when developing big stories on tiny screens and design compelling and meaningful social media content strategies for our clients.
Setting the bar for quality and effectiveness-driven work
You will work with our media team to bring rigor to the way performance media and data tracking are integrated with all creative and media campaigns.
It’s important that you come with a solid understanding of how to identify and analyse metrics that matter and subsequently present and implement an actionable feedback loop for ongoing improvement.
You will establish quality control and implement thorough strategic follow-through in any project, ensuring that strategy is executed effectively in any form - creative, media, design or platform output. You will not work alone in this. Our client servicing team will be working closely with you to ensure integrated strategy is present and visible in every stage of our project.
Be a champion for integrated, growth-focus strategy
As a senior strategic lead, you will set the tone, pace and approach for developing an integrated and growth-focus strategy.
You will proactively look for opportunities to cross-promote effective integrated strategy to new and existing clients
You are comfortable presenting the agency’s work and strategy to senior clients
Required Experience & Attitude
Digital Marketing: In-house or agency-based, preferably with experience in both performance and creative advertising.
Strategic Planning: Leading or integral to strategic consultancy engagements from start to finish making use of design-thinking techniques, methodologies, consumer research, or other transformative approaches.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to place and contextualise projects among macro and micro business challenges.
