- Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key Accounts
- Perform outbound retention calls to clients whom contract is expiring.
- Developing and implementing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets through successful contract retention
- Establish good rapport and trust though proactive engagement
- Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retentions by going above and beyond expectations
- Listen attentively to the customer’s responses and gather as much information as possible; use this information alongside predefined strategies, to offer the most suitable solution(s) and/or alternative options to retain the client’s business
- Compile daily report
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in customer service.
- Preferably with sales, automotive, technology background
- Proficient in English.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, outgoing and a positive attitude.
- Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
