Position Summary


Building strong rapport with business users, you will be involved in conducting requirements analysis, system implementation, and training and providing on-going application support. The appreciation and understanding of hospital processes will be key for your success in this role. You will be a critical resource to address any system downtime through providing 24/7 (non-shift schedule) application support to your users.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee several healthcare projects at programs level

  • Manage budget plan

  • Oversee the activities for each project

  • Involves in preparation of tender specifications

  • Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications

  • Conduct RFP procurement exercises and evaluate proposals

  • Coordinates meetings with users and vendors

  • Prepare approval, award paper and presentation slides


Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


  • Requirement Gatherings

  • System Design & Development

  • Implementation

  • Testing

  • Deployment

  • Maintenance

  • Training


Project Management (PM)


  • Manage Stakeholders expectation

  • Prepare Project Charter

  • Prepare Project Schedules

  • Gather Users Requirements

  • Plan Activities and Tasks

  • Develop Budget and Payment Schedules plan

  • Broadcast Communication Plan

  • Minutes writing

  • Coordinates Activities

  • Develop Workflow process


Vendor Management (VM) 


  • Develop vendor management strategy

  • Create vendor selection criteria

  • Create bidding document (RFQ/ RFI/ RFP)

  • Evaluate offers and supplier selections

  • Negotiate the contract

  • Manage vendor relationship

  • Manage vendor resource relationship


Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Successful record of accomplishment in project management, user and vendor management and as a project lead for small to mid-scale projects.

  • Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.

  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
