LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm which specialises in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making. We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help them alleviate their pain points and seize business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team as a Strategy Consulting Associate. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore and within ASEAN.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses
Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite) to identify areas of improvements and providerecommendations for growth
Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations incollaboration with the client's team members
Perform data analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations
Prepare proposals for prospective clients
The Ideal Candidate Should:
Have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors
Have a strong interest in Management/Strategy Consulting
Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsory
