Job Title: Marketing Manager
Report To: Group CEO
Coordinates with Sales team to market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
Coordinates with Sales team’s analysis and forecasts to implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with sales team and keeping track of market trends and new product information.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Managing the marketing department's staff.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
