Job Title: Marketing Manager
Report To: Group CEO

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with Sales team to market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinates with Sales team’s analysis and forecasts to implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with sales team and keeping track of market trends and new product information.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing department's staff.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends, campaigns and other promotional activities.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
