Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up potential accounts for merchant app and uploading of content (listings-product description, price & images)
- Manage and update digital products
- Raise issues on any order discrepancies
- Working closely with the team to support on content updates, self pick-up, and collecting product issues/bugs
- Involved in the execution of high-impact commercial activities
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your reporting manager
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Diploma
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Fluent in written and spoken English and mother tongue language; other language skills is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Microsoft office skills required (Excel, vlookup)
- Data analytics skill required
