Job Responsibilities: 

  • Setting up potential accounts for merchant app and uploading of content (listings-product description, price & images)

  • Manage and update digital products

  • Raise issues on any order discrepancies

  • Working closely with the team to support on content updates, self pick-up, and collecting product issues/bugs

  • Involved in the execution of high-impact commercial activities

  • Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your reporting manager

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Diploma 

  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and mother tongue language; other language skills is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational skills and detailed oriented

  • Microsoft office skills required (Excel, vlookup)

  • Data analytics skill required
