Mummys Market serves, engages, and educates 90% of the local parents' population in Singapore, from the onset of pregnancy and beyond. Within the baby fairs, 80% of the total baby products' distributors participate in our fairs, with clients ranging from SMEs to MNCs, including Nestle, Friesland Campina, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, NTUC Fairprice, Dairy Farm Group, Glaxosmithkline, Sony, hospitals and government agencies. 2023 is a transformation year for Mummys Market. Therefore, we are looking for talents to join us on the journey of transforming our business to the next level! Who are are looking for: Our Marketing Manager is one with Self-Motivation, Resourceful, a -Hunter- mentality and a -NEVER-SAY-DIE attitude, plus a flare in conceptualizing marketing campaigns, involved with day-to-day marketing activities and engage themselves with the latest marketing trends and updates on consumer behaviour. You will be providing digital strategies that are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts. Main Duties and Responsibilities: ● Manage and train the marketing and creative team ● Ensuring success of our Baby Fairs, Retail and Ecommerce through overseeing campaigns KPIs, ensuring that KPIs are achieved within budget and maximizing profits ● Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build database and awareness strategies for exhibitions ● Plan communications outreach calendar, design and schedule EDMs, Social Media Posts and other initiatives for exhibitions ● Track, analyze and improve on budget spends/performances for all digital platforms utilized. ● Conduct research to understand and communicate the unique selling points of clients’ products and services to craft marketing campaigns accordingly. ● Coordinate the design and production of all exhibition, retail and e-commerce marketing collateral, including ATL and BTL advertisements, and event publications. ● Assist in other marketing initiatives where required.

We are looking for someone who are/have: ● At least 3 years of experience in Leading and Managing a team of marketers ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Growth mindset with a can-do attitude ● Self-driven with stamina to achieve personal and team KPIs ● Diploma/Degree in any discipline ● Having digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM/Paid ads/Customizing informative report will be a bonus
