​Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives. Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's strategic direction and prioritizes feature development based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Product Development: Lead the product development process, from ideation and conceptualization through design, development, testing, and launch. Drive the agile development process and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Customer-Centric Approach: Be the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather customer feedback, conduct user research, and perform usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions for product improvement.

Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing and sales strategies, pricing, and positioning.

Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact product development or delivery.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Customer-focused approach with a passion for user experience.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.

Familiarity with product management tools and software is a plus.
