The team:
The functional consulting team is in charge of delivering proactive personalized support to our clients in the Capital Markets industry in the APAC region.
We provide tailored solutions to our clients throughout pre-sales, implementations and production support.
What you’ll do:
Role Accountabilities:
Provide expert and quality functional support post-implementation, thereby ensuring robust operability and continuous evolution of the Murex solution:
Client relationship & support
Manage production support and enhancement requests, including analysis, configuration, validation testing and deployment
Contribute/Lead daily communication with client IT support desk and end-users
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client users to resolve reported product issues
Report progress on client cases which require attention or intervention from product development teams
Organize and conduct end-user and IT training
Ensure successful follow up of client cases, from notification to resolution and validation.
Gathering requirements, performing configurations, tests and assistance to clients during software implementation, whenever required.

To be successful in the role, you should possess:
Knowledge of/Strong interest in Treasury and Capital Markets transactions life cycle
Passionate about technology, with an IT bias: SQL, Unix, Python, XML etc.
Strong analytical skills and a good team player
Good communication skills
Client oriented mindset
