Job Title: Operation Excellence Engineer

Reports To: Managing / Executive Director


Key Objectives:
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer to join our operation team to participate in continuous improvement, focusing on implementing measures in operations and processes.

Main Activities:
(main day-to-day activities and the outputs of the role the individual is expected to deliver)
 Enforce all standing policies and procedures as established.
 Implement standard processes to improve traceability, productivity and optimize costs
 Align continuous improvement with strategic business objectives.
 Responsible for identifying and remediating gaps between business requirements and current capabilities
 Lead process improvement and derive solutions to counteract wastage and inefficiency.
 Perform proactive and reactive problem or workflow analysis.
 Assess department budget to drive cost reductions for maintenance and repair for fleet of vehicles
 Conduct weekly meeting and monthly toolbox meeting to plan, track and monitor process improvements
 Any other ad hoc duties assigned.


Qualifications / Experience
(Academic qualifications as well as experience)
 Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or related field
 Lean Six Sigma green/black belt is an added advantage.
 At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics / fleet management / Continuous Improvement,
 Experienced in oil & gas industry is an added advantage
 Strong knowledge in operations management, technical automotive knowledge,

 Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and communication.
 Strong planning, organizing and time management skills to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
