What you will do:

  • Partner with TA team to assist in the full recruitment cycle of candidates from sourcing, screening, selection, interview arrangements to onboarding of candidates.

  • Participate in People projects / activities that focuses on the delivery of all employee matters and long-term organisation plans

  • Support the People and Ops team in updating of employee database and processing of employees’ queries

  • Regularly track TA pipeline activity and recommend improvements that impacts pipeline areas 

  • Planning of recruitment activities such as campus career fairs 

  
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, ideally majoring in Human Resource

  • 2-3 years prior experience as HR Coordinator will be an advantage

  • Knowledge in HR processes and best practices

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Creative, self-driven and proactive team player

  • Passionate in joining a tech start-up
