What you will do:
Requirements:
- Partner with TA team to assist in the full recruitment cycle of candidates from sourcing, screening, selection, interview arrangements to onboarding of candidates.
- Participate in People projects / activities that focuses on the delivery of all employee matters and long-term organisation plans
- Support the People and Ops team in updating of employee database and processing of employees’ queries
- Regularly track TA pipeline activity and recommend improvements that impacts pipeline areas
- Planning of recruitment activities such as campus career fairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, ideally majoring in Human Resource
- 2-3 years prior experience as HR Coordinator will be an advantage
- Knowledge in HR processes and best practices
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Creative, self-driven and proactive team player
- Passionate in joining a tech start-up
