This role contributes to ACHIEVE’s success by being a strategic business partner in executing with excellence the search for high-quality, diverse candidates. As the ‘face’ of the company, you ensure ACHIEVE attracts, selects and brings on board the right people for our clients, whilst providing an excellent candidate experience.
You will make use of the ACHIEVE selection process, digital tools and techniques to manage the recruitment process end-to-end. To be successful, you have to understand the client’s manpower needs, have a strong ability to support hiring managers with excellent selection decisions and recruit talents that are able to support the client’s business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and serve present customers
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening and selecting the right candidates, according to clients’ requirement
- Provide good customer service to clients and candidates
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Proven track record in sales and account management in any field
- Passion to meet sales targets
- Self-driven to take on new challenges
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
