KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with each country Brand Manager to design their brand strategy based on a sound understanding of the market dynamics & potential
Working closely with both global and local teams to align on clear marketing strategies, build robust execution plans & monitor progress
Ensuring the creation of thorough & innovative brand plans by local brand managers, building on deep customer understanding and cross-functional discussions
Ensuring a successful launch of new products, and a strong future launch pipeline
Creation of engaging digital content & marketing activities
Creation of a strong PR & market shaping plan, strengthening our relationship with KOLs & organizing impactful events
Coaching & developing the local country Brand Managers, upskilling them, sharing best practice & fostering a high performance culture
Optimize the usage of the marketing budget, investing in high-impact projects

The candidate has a proven track record in marketing & brand management
S/he has the ability to understand a market, build a marketing strategy and execute it
through successful, pragmatic action plans;

S/he has a good business acumen & problem solving approach
S/he is very strong in executing a plan after it has been created
