KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with each country Brand Manager to design their brand strategy based on a sound understanding of the market dynamics & potential

  • Working closely with both global and local teams to align on clear marketing strategies, build robust execution plans & monitor progress

  • Ensuring the creation of thorough & innovative brand plans by local brand managers, building on deep customer understanding and cross-functional discussions

  • Ensuring a successful launch of new products, and a strong future launch pipeline

  • Creation of engaging digital content & marketing activities

  • Creation of a strong PR & market shaping plan, strengthening our relationship with KOLs & organizing impactful events

  • Coaching & developing the local country Brand Managers, upskilling them, sharing best practice & fostering a high performance culture

  • Optimize the usage of the marketing budget, investing in high-impact projects

  • The candidate has a proven track record in marketing & brand management

  • S/he has the ability to understand a market, build a marketing strategy and execute it
