About the Role BCG RISE (Rapid & Immersive Skills Enhancement) 2.0 is an umbrella of SkillsFuture Career Transition Programs designed and conducted by BCG to empower individuals to upskill and transform their careers. As a RISE 2.0 Sales Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind turning interested leads into committed learners. You’ll engage, guide, and support potential students through their decision-making journey—ensuring a seamless, positive experience from first contact to enrolment.
Your Impact
· Drive conversions – Connect with inbound and existing learner leads via WhatsApp, calls, physical and online events to turn interest into action.
· Own the enrolment journey – Guide learners through eligibility checks, payments, and onboarding.
· Support outreach initiatives – Support marketing efforts through EDMs, events, and partnerships.
· Build relationships – Deliver exceptional learner experiences that fosters trust and long-term engagement.
