About the APAC Payroll Analyst (One-year Contract) Role:

Your key responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly payroll for APAC employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll tasks for two countries related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation and benefit payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines

  • Ensure the timely and accurate funding and disbursement of salaries and be responsible for the timely payment and filing of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, pension, and social insurance contributions.

  • Coordinate the timely submission of general ledger files to the Finance team and the year-end tax activities to ensure filings are done within statutory deadlines

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees for day-to-day payroll-related questions, issues of assigned countries, and escalate complex issues as required

  • Maintain payroll statistics with accuracy to ensure credible metrics are reported, complete special projects as assigned, and assist/provide required information on internal/external audits, including country regulatory audits

To succeed in this APAC Payroll Analyst (One-year Contract) position, you must have strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong knowledge of local payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Workday, and GlobalView systems.
